The Group Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and controlling on-site execution of renovation, refurbishment, and engineering works across multiple hotels within the group. The role ensures that approved designs, scopes, schedules, and budgets are implemented correctly at site level, in compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and brand requirements.

Site Preparation & Mobilization

• Review approved project scope,drawings, specifications, BOQs,schedules, and site instructions.
