About the role
Growth Marketing is a highly technical and strategic role responsible for the end‑to‑end digital customer journey. You will orchestrate the global Growth Stack, combining AI‑driven performance marketing, automated CRM lifecycles, champion growth products and advanced analytics.

The core of the role is running a high‑tempo experimentation engine. You aren't just launching campaigns; you are testing hypotheses.
- A/B Testing: Testing landing pages, email copy, and pricing structures.
- Funnel Analysis: Identifying exactly where potential customers drop off (e.g., they sign up for a demo but never attend).
