Growth Product Manager — FinTech & Crypto Referrals

dtcpay is seeking a Product Manager based in Kuala Lumpur who will design and build user referral, rebate, and incentive programs to drive sustainable app growth. You will own the growth product roadmap and work closely with marketing, engineering, and data teams to experiment and scale growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience in product management, is fluent in English and Mandarin, and possesses strong analytical skills. Experience in fintech and familiarity with AI tools will be advantageous.
