GS - Senior Continuous Improvement Manager

Overview & Responsibilities

Lead multi-site, regional, or global programs for Process Excellence across manufacturing and/or service. Define the roadmap, sponsor key initiatives, and partner with senior leaders to drive transformation, standardization, and measurable enterprise impact. Focus: scale best practices and institutionalize an operating system for excellence.

Background and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience). Degrees or Advanced Degrees with an emphasis on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence considered a plus.
• Experience: 10–15+ years leading multi-site or global CI / process excellence transformations and culture change.
• Certifications: Black Belt required; Lean Master / Master Black Belt preferred.
• Enterprise program governance, policy deployment (e.g., Hoshin), and KPI systems.
