Job Description SummaryThe GSI ITO Process and AI Integration Leader owns and continuously improves the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) commercial/tendering process and the enabling tendering tools (e.G., MTA ITOC / PCDB).
This role drives process reliability, audit readiness, tool adoption, data quality and analytics, and an effective handover from ITO to OTR execution.
