What you'll be doing:
Incident Monitoring & Response
- 24/7 monitoring of critical event management platforms, security incidents, alerts and intelligence products
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during active security incidents and emergencies
- Triage and coordinate responses to a range of incidents including employee emergencies, critical events and crisis and incident scenarios
- Manage the full incident lifecycle through escalation, coordination, resolution and post incident review
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Liaise professionally with clients, on site and on the ground security teams, and third-party providers to facilitate effective crisis responses
- Communicate timely, accurate incident notifications and updates to clients and internal stakeholders
