Overview

  • Drive Division-wise Snack store development, including but not limited snack stores, snack-related channels (convenience stores, etc.) and related channel development projects; explore channel growth potential, and establish Division processes and management models to empower regional teams, as well as to support the implementation of BU projects.
  • Build the Division SNKS system.
  • Accelerate snack channels RCD layout and project implementation from 1-100 to meet rapid market development.
