Job Description
Job Overview We’re hiring our first dedicated GTM Operations Engineer; someone who will own the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. Right now these functions are each well‑run but not fully wired together. Your mission: architect an AI‑first revenue supply chain where every decision point from prospect identification to deal closure to expansion is informed by intelligence, optimized by automation, and freed from busywork.
This is hands‑on work. You will live in Clay, HubSpot, Zapier, and our data pipelines. You are not managing a team or setting strategy — Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders do that. You are the person who takes their strategies and makes them executable at a precision and velocity no human team can match on their own. Your goal: more closed deals, more efficient ARR, stronger NRR, and zero non‑revenue‑generating busywork for your reps.
