GTM - Senior HRBP, Picus Security, Barcelona/Dublin (Remote)
At Picus, our Go-to-Market teams are the engine of our growth. As the GTM - Senior HRBP , you will act as a strategic partner to Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, Customer Value Office and Revenue Operation leaders helping them scale high-performing teams across regions.
This role is not just about supporting leaders. It plays a key role in shaping how our GTM organization grows. You will translate business strategy into people priorities, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure our talent, performance and organizational systems scale within the company.
