Guest Excellence Intern - Operations to support our daily vacation rental operations. This role is hands‑on and ideal for someone who wants real exposure to short‑term rental operations, guest experience, and back‑office coordination. You’ll work closely with the operations and support teams to ensure properties are guest‑ready, schedules are on track, and communication flows smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the shared operations mailbox and ticketing system, ensuring requests are tracked, prioritised, and resolved on time.
