We’re hiring a Guest Experience Lead whose entire focus is the guest — not floor operations, not staff management. Those are owned. This role exists to make every guest feel personally looked after, visit after visit.
What This Role Is — and Isn’tThis is a guest experience role, not an operations role. Jaipur Modern already has a Restaurant Manager, Prem, who is on the floor full-time and owns how the floor runs — staffing, pacing, systems, service flow. You are not a second version of that.
