A pre-opening hotel resort in Palawan is looking for a Guest Experience Manager to join its pre-opening team. The successful candidate, reporting to the Hotel General Manager, will be responsible for overseeing the daily front desk operations, managing staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring smooth operations, while also contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, or relative discipline
• Five (5) years experience in the same role, preferably from a 5‑star hotel resort
• Pre‑opening experience is preferred
• Possesses leadership and organizational skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Self‑starter
• Island person
• Willingness to be based in Palawan
• Filipino candidates only
