The Position
The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the guest experience concept exclusively within the FIFA VIP Hotel environment, including the FIFA Club. This role focuses on brand implementation, experiential elements, FIFA Club concept (including F&B), and curated guest touchpoints such as gifts and in‑hotel experiences.
