Guest Experience Specialist - Counter & Service

Foldini AG is seeking a customer service representative to join our team in Baden & Zürich. You’ll be responsible for taking orders, managing the till, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

The ideal candidate has experience in hospitality, is flexible with shift work, and communicates well in German and/or English. This fixed-term position runs from June to October 2026 with a 40-60% workload and potential for extension.
