Role Overview

• We are searching for a welcoming hospitality expert to be the first point of contact for our luxury hotel guests.
• This role is perfect for a friendly individual who loves making international travelers feel completely at home in Dubai.

Key Duties

• Manage the VIP check-in desk smoothly, ensuring tired travelers get their room keys quickly and without any hassle.
• Help hotel guests arrange exciting city tours, luxury car transfers, and exclusive dining reservations during their holiday.
• Follow up with guests shortly after they arrive in their rooms to make sure everything meets the high five-star standards of the hotel.
