Guest Relations Executive (Floor)

NAEUM Restaurant Group operates three concepts: i) NAE:UM, a 1 MICHELIN-starred restaurant serving contemporary Korean cuisine, ii) HIDEAWAY by NAE:UM, our private dining space, iii) GU:UM Contemporary Grill, a premium Korean steakhouse.

We are currently looking for a Guest Relations Executive to manage reservations and guest relations at our anchor restaurant NAE:UM.

• MUST HAVE: prior work experience, at least 1 year, in a MICHELIN-starred or MICHELIN-keyed establishment
• To better support our growing clientele from North Asia (Hong Kong, China, Taiwan), we are looking for a candidate with strong communication and soft skills with excellent grasp of English and Chinese languages
• Training experience to uphold service quality, standards, and crisis management
• Familiarity with common reservation systems
• Experience in communicating professionally via e-mails
