About the Role
This role is dedicated to managing the guest journey for all bookings received via Booking.com from arrival to departure ensuring a seamless, personalized experience that translates into outstanding online reviews and ratings.
Key Responsibilities
-Welcome and greet Booking.com guests on arrival with a warm, personalized check-in experience.
-Coordinate with housekeeping and front office to ensure rooms are ready as per guest expectations.
-Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly, escalating where necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
-Liaise with the Booking.com extranet for reservation details, special requests, and guest messages.
