Job Requirements

• Strict requirement for advanced proficiency in operating Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera Cloud without needing basic training.
• Candidates must demonstrate exceptional English fluency and high emotional intelligence to handle high-stress VIP guest disputes and complex VIP itineraries.
