MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

To accord personalize and prompt service to all VIP guest from arrival to departure, to provide all hotel guest and patron, courteous, tactful and efficient service. 
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Some experience in customer service or guest relation

Pleasant personality

Good communication skills

Knowledge of computer / recent / relevant technology equipment and usage

Able to work flexible hours
