Home to the Big 5, this esteemed safari lodge is seeking a polished and guest-focused Guest Relations Officer to ensure every guest receives a warm, seamless, and memorable experience throughout their stay. The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and confident in delivering exceptional service in a high-end environment.

The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and confident in delivering exceptional service in a high-end environment.
Core Criteria:
- Hotel Management Diploma/Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in Front of House or similar position at a 5-star lodge establishment
- Computer literate on MS office (intermediate level excel) knowledge of LIGHTSPEED, SAGE EVOLUTION and PROTEL
- Good knowledge of Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping & Front Office
- Driver’s Licence preferred
