LEGENDS GLOBAL AND SKY VIEW OBSERVATORY
Legends Global operates Sky View Observatory (“SVO”), an innovative guest experience on the 73rd floor of the Columbia Center located in Downtown Seattle. Breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views include Mt. Rainier, Bellevue, the Cascade Mountains, Mt. Baker, Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountains, the Space Needle and much more.
THE ROLE
The Observatory Ambassador will be a dynamic, interactive role focusing on checking guests in at the box office and escorting them up the elevator to the Observatory, while enhancing the guest experience and ensuring a memorable visit.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Greet guests as they enter the building and guide them through our ticketing process.
+ Process ticket sales promptly and accurately; scan admission tickets, process City Pass tickets and other required ticket types for accurate guest counts.
