Guesthouse Reservationist - Paarl

Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Guesthouse Reservations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with guests, and be able to manage reservations and guest experiences from enquiry through to check-out.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest reservations, enquiries, and bookings via phone, email, and booking platforms
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with guests
• Answer incoming calls and assist with guest queries and requests
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
• Work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure rooms are prepared and guest requirements are met
• Manage and respond to guest reviews on various booking platforms in a professional manner
• Assist with guest bookings for functions and events when required
