**BACKGROUND AND JOB DESCRIPTION**:
With more than 12 years of experience, Viking Biking & Hiking has become one of the best-known tour operators in Oslo. Our two most popular tours are the Oslo Highlights bike tour and the Island Hopping nature walk, and those two tours will be the main routes new guides will be trained to do.
An average tour is 4 hours, with the earliest starting around 8:30 and the latest ones ending at 18:30. Weekend hours are expected and common. Guides will be asked to work either one or two tours per day.
