Job Overview

Matchspace Music is a Swiss platform connecting music teachers with students for private lessons across Switzerland and online. We are looking for experienced guitar teachers (and other instrument specialists) to provide one‑to‑one lessons.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and assess private music lessons either online or in person throughout Switzerland.
• Use the Matchspace platform to schedule classes, track attendance and manage lesson logistics.
• Communicate with students about lesson content, progress and scheduling adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and lesson notes.
• Adhere to the platform’s pricing and payment policies, including service fee deductions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in pedagogy, performance (Master) or teachers in education (Master level only).
• Professional musicians with extensive stage experience.
