This position ensures safety, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and policy compliance while conducting facility maintenance and repair. The Operations and Maintenance Lead serves as the go-to problem solver, supporting all departments, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a high-functioning club.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping a facility running at a high standard. If you are handy and have some experience with tools, training is available for the club's needs.
