Job Description
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- 2 + years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a professional services[ Law, Engineering ,Finance , Accounting ]
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HCM systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
