Overview
The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Coordinator serves as the central link between production/operation, maintenance, engineering, and reliability teams. Their purpose is to ensure equipment is maintained safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to operations
Roles and Responsibilities
Safety and PreparationEnsures systems are being followed to secure and prepare equipment for workThis includes managing and maintaining lock-out/tag out systems and procedures. Ensure all required operations materials, permits, and labor resources are ready before work includes but is not limited to hot works, confined spaces, sniffers, line break permits, lockouts procedures, and lockout supplies.
