Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Perform men's haircuts, including classic cuts, modern styles, and fade cuts.
- Provide professional shaving and beard grooming services.
- Carry out hair colouring and hair treatment services.
- Wash, shampoo, and condition customers' hair.
- Provide head, neck, and shoulder massage services as required.
- Consult customers on suitable hairstyles and grooming options.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of barber tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recommend grooming products and services to customers when appropriate.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in barbering, men's hairstyling, shaving, and grooming services.
- Knowledge of fade cuts, beard shaping, hair colouring, and hair care techniques.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
