Overview

  • Reception duties
  • Perform general office administration tasks including filing, typing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, courier parcels)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Valid drivers license and own transport
