Overview
- Reception duties
- Perform general office administration tasks including filing, typing, scanning, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, courier parcels)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Valid drivers license and own transport
