depending on experience + Overtime (Time ½)HOURS: 8.00am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Our client, a growing signage and graphics company, is seeking a hands-on Production / Installation Manager to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production to meet deadlines, quality, and budget
Oversee scheduling, resources, and workflow (including installations)
Operate/supervise printing, laminating, vinyl, and CNC equipment
Lead, train, and support a team (2 direct reports)
Maintain quality control, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes
Manage stock, suppliers, and materials
Carry out site surveys and signage installations as required
Ensure health & safety standards are met
Requirements:
Experience in signage, print, or manufacturing
Proven team management skills
