Harbor Master
The Harbor Master is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of tenders and rescue boats between the Port of Nassau and Royal Beach Club Paradise Island. The key duties include but not limited to managing tender traffic, coordinating safe docking and undocking procedures, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, supervising Water Taxi Team, and maintaining safety and security protocols. The Harbor Master also monitors weather and sea conditions, handles logistics related to loading and unloading cargo, and serves as the primary point of contact for ships, port authorities, and emergency services related to Royal Beach Club Paradise Island to ensure smooth port operations. This role supports the Operations Director in all operational aspects of Harbor Operations to ensure the Destination performance objectives, KPI's, Guest and Team Member satisfaction, and other key results areas consistently meet and exceed Company's targets.
