Role Overview
The Hardware Certification Intermediate Analyst is responsible for managing the certification and update lifecycle of hardware components across enterprise environments. This includes ensuring compatibility with Windows, Linux, and macOS, maintaining certified hardware inventories, and managing driver deployment using tools such as MDT and SCCM.
Key Responsibilities
Manage hardware certification and updates to ensure compatibility across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
