Hardware Engineer

This position offers hybrid work requiring three days of in-office attendance per week (Lysaker, Norway).

• Work in cross‑functional teams to build phenomenal video conferencing solutions.
• Design and develop high‑volume advanced electronics.
• Work closely with sub‑suppliers and sub‑contractors.
• Ensure quality by prototyping, testing and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of related experience, or Master’s degree + 3 years of related experience.

• Experience in hardware domains such as schematic design, high‑speed interfaces, power design, audio, sensors, antennas, RF, cameras, display and touch technology.
• Ability to write technical descriptions and requirements.
• Fluent in English.
