  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and case management experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in Human services preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience with the Harm Reduction populations.
  • Experience with group facilitation.
  • Knowledge of Hepatitis, HIV, and STIs care coordination and education.
  • Able to provide clear and consistent directives and communication to staff
  • Able to work with diverse populations and culturally aware.
  • Good verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Use of computer software --Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Outlook calendaring, and Excel.
  • Experienced working with AIRS, EShare, and ECW helpful.
  • Culturally aware and sensitive to PWUD (People Who Use Drugs), PLWHA (People Living with HIV/AIDS), LGBTQAI, YIDU (Young Intravenous Drug Users), SMI (Severe Mental Illness), and MSM (Men who have Sex with Men)<...
