Job Description
Position Summary Runs the harvest-through-trim line.
Owns the cut, hang, dry, cure, buck, and trim workflow for one room per week (~200 lb dry, up to 30% diverted to fresh frozen).
Directs the harvest production technician team and is accountable for trim yield, dry timing, and biomass quality. Key Responsibilities Execute the weekly harvest plan:
- cut-down, hang, dry, buck, machine and/or hand trim Coordinate fresh frozen processing for hash and rosin: bucking, bagging, weighing, freezing within target time-to-freeze Manage dry room environmental setpoints; monitor moisture content to hit target cure window Direct daily task assignments across 7-10 production technicians on the harvest team Track trim yield per lot; investigate and correct yield misses Maintain accurate batch/lot weights and entries in the state tracking system at every transfer point Sanitize harvest, dry, and trim spaces between lots per SOP Coordinate sample pulls f...
