Job Purpose:
The Same Day Surgery Coding Specialist II reviews documentation to code diagnoses and surgical CPT procedures for hospital-based claims and data needs. For physician-based claims and data needs, the Coding Specialist II reviews documentation to code diagnoses, EM level, and surgical CPT procedures.
