Job Description

The Risk & Compliance function within the first line of defense is responsible for owning risks and controls to ensure the implementation of the Risk Management Framework. The HBMX and LAM Risk and Compliance Control Office Manager role provides support and advisory to risk and control owners within HBMX and LAM Risk and Compliance. The position collaborates with all stakeholders within 1LoD to communicate and advise in the following areas:

• Review proposals of MSIIs to validate that all elements have been included and challenge when there is missing information, tracked until closure.
• Review the data quality of Helios so there are no exceptions for more than 30 days.
• Complete the Read Across exercise according to the global request.
• Support the RCA refresh process and support control owners when RTCLs are updated.
• Support the Critical Process Update according to the global timeline.
