Pay Range: $75–$90/hr
Location: % Remote (Must be able to maintain a working schedule that significantly overlaps with India Standard Time in the mornings)
About the Opportunity:
Our client is looking for a skilled Workday HCM & Benefits Consultant to join their team for a 4+ month engagement. This project involves guiding an offshore team of 4–6 India-based HRIS Analysts and driving critical HRIS initiatives, including preparing for the upcoming India Open Enrollment and executing a major revamp of the Onboarding and Termination processes.
