This role is a 12-month contract with Insight Global, a leader in enterprise workforce solutions. You will rely on your 7-9+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience to configure and support modules such as Absence and Recruiting. Collaborating closely with HR and Payroll teams will be vital for successful system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities: • Configure Oracle HCM modules and systems • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT for enhancements • Support payroll processes and related integrations • Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis • Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
