Job Description

            Responsibilities  Develop and implement a comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with the organization's goals. 
Stay current with HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions. 
 System Implementation and Management  Work with the Project Manager to lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR software systems and other relevant platforms. 
Oversee system integrations to ensure seamless data flow between HR and other business systems. 
 Project Management  Work with the Project Manager to manage HR IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards. 
Coordinate with vendors, consultants and internal teams to achieve project objectives. 
 Vendor Management  Manage relationships with vendors and service providers supporting HR systems.
