Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead barista staff to maintain high coffee standards and service quality.
• Prepare espressobased and specialty coffee drinks to perfection.
• Train and onboard new baristas ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Manage inventory stock rotation and coffee equipment maintenance.
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism and positivity.
• Support overall caf operations and work closely with management.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming bar area at all times.
