Head Chef - Independent Coastal Hotel with Strong Community Roots
£17.50 per hour OTE £50,000 Approx. £3,000 TRONC Live in accommodation available at no charge
A vibrant hotel restaurant with a strong local following, set within a thriving tourist destination. An opportunity to lead a quality driven kitchen with genuine scope to elevate and evolve the food offering.
With up to 80 covers at dinner and 40 at lunch, the kitchen is well positioned for further growth as the lunch trade develops.
This is a hands on leadership role reporting directly to a supportive General Manager (a former Head Chef), working with owners who bring extensive hospitality expertise and a forward looking approach to future projects.
You will join an established brigade of local staff, where strong leadership, high standards, and a collaborative spirit are essential.
