Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all kitchen operations Lead, train and supervise the kitchen team Develop and maintain high-quality menus in line with the restaurant’s concept Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships Maintain strict food hygiene and health and safety standards Control kitchen costs and work within budget requirements Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service Collaborate with management to enhance the overall guest dining experience
