The Head Chef is responsible for the overall leadership, performance and development of the kitchen operation at Stamford Social.
This is a hands‑on role requiring a balance of culinary leadership, operational excellence, financial accountability and team development.
The Head Chef will oversee all food preparation and service, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency and presentation across breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include menu development, food cost management, inventory control, supplier management, labour planning, compliance with food safety standards and the leadership of a team of approximately six to eight kitchen professionals. Working closely with the General Manager, the Head Chef will contribute to menu engineering, seasonal promotions and the overall commercial performance of the business.
