**HEAD CHEF**
As a **Head Chef** in Olivia, you have total operational responsibility for the entire kitchen and report to the Operations Manager.
**The Head Chef’s responsibility includes**:
- Ensuring that all food served is in accordance with Olivia’s standard (Calcmenu) in terms of taste, quality, appearance, temperature, and quantity.
- Ensuring that all food served has been prepared and served in line with IK-mat (documentation and quality assurance tool for food).
- Daily operation of the kitchen and pizza kitchen.
- Provide training to the leader team regarding budget control, food cost, seasonal menu changes and allergens requirements.
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department
- Administrative responsibility, including recruitment, training, and follow-up
