Role Clarification & Key Performance Areas Teaching and training undergraduate and postgraduate students. Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of teaching and learning practices. Rendering service to patients on the oral health platform at UWC sites. Stimulating and conducting research and producing publications. Mentoring staff within the department. Leading and stimulating faculty and departmental community engagement initiatives. Additional Qualifications That Would Enhance an Application Leadership and management experience. Ph D in the relevant field preferred, not mandatory. Experience teaching and training undergraduate and postgraduate students in Prosthodontics.
