JOB GOAL:
To develop and maintain an efficient and competitive athletic program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

NFHS Concussion Course

NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching

NFHS Bullying, Hazing & Inappropriate Behaviors Course

Head Coaches must also have NFHS Sport-Specific Course and First Aid Course

Varsity coaching experience

Ability to pass a background investigation

Must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and examine new theories and procedures pertinent to the field.

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Seasonal
COMPENSATION: Per QCUSD salary schedule for applicable position
REPORTS TO: Athletic Director

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

Fundraising

Run camps and clinics

Compliance of all AIA Bylaws
