Head Compliance - International Banking Group

The Head of Compliance, International Banking Group (IBG) will support the business by providing compliant solutions and/or identifying strategic risks while providing assurance to Management that all processes/controls at IBG branches are in line with regulatory requirements. The encumberment will also assist the business in obtaining regulatory approvals wherever possible; new branches/representative office licences, product launches, outsourcing, mergers/acquisitions and participate and support HO‑Compliance in bank‑wide projects relating to compliance, provide input/recommendations, conduct special investigations and reviews.

• Ensure Bank’s Compliance/AML/KYC/CFT policies across overseas branches are adhered to; implement compliance initiatives accordingly.
