Job Description
Lead end-to-end procurement of construction materials, finishes, interiors, furniture, and FF&E
Build, onboard, and manage a large pool of civil, MEP, finishing, and interior contractors
Own contractor governance including allocation, performance tracking, RA billing, and payments
