Experience in leading a team of 15+ members
Strong analytical, leadership & communication skills
Hands-on expertise in Robotics, Servo Systems, Pneumatics, Gearbox, GD&T, Actuators, Sheet Metal, Fabrication, Timing Belt/Pulley, Sensors, Sprockets & Machining
Proven experience in Pharma Isolators Design and customized machine manufacturing
Candidates with experience in Pharma Isolator Design and customized machine manufacturing (SPM) .
Preferred candidate profile
Design review & development of new machine concepts
3D drawing review & machine documentation
Machine/parts costing support
Customer visits & installation support
Training and guidance for design & assembly teams
Qualification & validation support
